1. HOW QUICKLY DOES AN ORDER SHIP?
If the item is in stock, the order ships within 24 hours. If it is out of stock or you need more than the available inventory, you can contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org regarding future availability. Additionally, if you see an item in our Gallery that is not in the current inventory, just ask and we may be able to make it just for you.
2. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is based on actual costs only and will vary depending upon location and weight. With the exception of our tools and some notions and De-Stash items, the good news is most of our items are relatively light. We do our best to combine and send all items ordered together to reduce shipping costs. All items will ship via USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number provided to you on shipment.
If you require rush shipping, please add the "Shipping Upgrade" to your cart. We will rush your order to you via USPS Priority Express Overnight.
2. HOW SOON WILL AN OUT OF STOCK ITEM BE AVAILABLE?
Items that are "in stock" will ship same day as your order, excluding weekends. Weekend "in stock" orders will ship Monday morning.
We take pride in the vast majority of our products are handcrafted custom items. Many are limited edition only. You can contact us at email@example.com and we will do our very best to match the product if it is no longer available or design one to meet your needs. Custom orders will normally require 2-3 weeks and an additional 2-3 days shipping.
3. DO YOU MAKE PRODUCTS NOT SHOWN ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Yes, we do. We are always making special order fabric and monogrammed items from wedding pillows to memory quilts to nursery crib sets. Please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to suggest an item. We would love to work with you.
4. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. However, as our products are normally custom made by hand, we will honor returns due to shipping damage only. All shipping damage returns will be honored for 30 days after purchase and your credit card will be refunded. Please contact us at email@example.com to obtain valid return instructions.
